How can we help?
Email support@recurwell.com. Include what you were trying to do and the page where it happened. Do not send passwords, Firebase tokens, bank details, or payment card information.
Account access
Use the password reset link from the sign-in page. Google accounts should use the same Google address originally connected to RecurWell.
Subscription records
RecurWell does not contact providers. Open the cancellation page saved on your record, finish the provider's flow, then mark the record cancelled in RecurWell.
Data requests
You can export JSON or permanently delete your account from Settings. If the self-service control fails, contact support from your account email.
